Cloudverse Credits are used for digital planning, audit, automation, and consulting work inside the Cloudverse dashboard.

Unused credits

If purchased credits have not been used for any service request, clients may contact Cloudverse within 7 days for a refund review.

Used credits

Once credits are used for planning, audits, automation mapping, consulting, or digital execution work, those credits are non-refundable.

Review process

Refund requests are reviewed based on payment status, credit usage, service delivery status, and account activity.
